Nice video an US-guided rectus sheath block. We’ve been using this approach more and more for abdominal procedures, especially those with an incision extending above the umbilicus. Can easily be coupled with a TAP block. Rectus sheath block can also be helpful in pediatric procedures such as umbilical hernia repairs.
